Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-25 Effective: 2026-10-25
These Terms of Service cover your use of revasser.nyc and every order you place there. The Shipping Policy, the Refund & Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy are part of them. Where the Shipping Policy says something different about when a piece ships, a late order or a lost parcel, these Terms and the Refund & Returns Policy govern. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays, New York time.
At a glance
- We are Rêvasser LLC, a New York company. Email us at [email protected] and we reply within 2 business days.
- Every piece is made to order. It ships, meaning we hand it to the carrier, by the date shown on its page: 14 days after you order unless the page shows a later date. Delivery time comes after.
- You can cancel until your order ships, and ask to return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of your cancellation or of your returned piece arriving. Your bank may take 3 to 7 more business days to show it.
- New York law governs your purchase. You keep every right the law gives you where you live.
- If something goes wrong, email us first. You can still dispute a charge with your bank, go to small claims or complain to a regulator.
1. Who are we?
Rêvasser LLC, a New York limited liability company registered with the State of New York as REVASSER LLC, runs revasser.nyc (the “Site”) and sells under the name Rêvasser. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Rêvasser LLC, and “you” means the person who uses the Site or places an order.
Write to us at [email protected]. Our address for legal mail is Rêvasser LLC, c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 418 Broadway, Ste N, Albany, NY 12207, USA. That address takes legal mail and written withdrawal notices only. It does not receive parcels, returns or orders.
2. Who can order?
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place it for you.
3. What do we sell?
We sell pieces of our own design. Each one is made after you order it, in a standard size (XS, S, M or L). We do not personalize pieces. Each product page shows the sizes, materials, care and the date the piece ships by. If we will miss that date, we email you before it passes, and you can keep the order for the new date or cancel for a full refund.
Screens show color differently. Where a product page says that cloth, dye or print placement varies slightly from piece to piece, that variation is not a defect. A piece that looks clearly different from its page can be sent back as a wrong item under the Refund & Returns Policy.
If we ever offer a personalized piece, its page will say before you buy whether it can be returned.
4. What about prices, payment and tax?
Prices are in US dollars. You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown there, and we do not receive your full card number. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, and a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Where we must collect sales tax, it is added at checkout. If a listed price is wrong, Section 5 applies.
5. When does an order become a contract?
Your order becomes a contract when we send you the order confirmation email. Your ships-by date and the price were shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout, and they are part of your order. Keep the email as your record of it.
Before an order ships, we may cancel it and refund it in full within 7 business days, only for one of these reasons:
- a wrong price or listing (we may instead offer you the corrected terms to accept or decline);
- a failed or reversed payment;
- suspected fraud;
- a destination we do not serve;
- a piece we are unable to make.
After the confirmation email, we do not refuse an order for any other reason. If we will miss the ships-by date, we email you before it passes, and you can keep the order for the new date or cancel for a full refund.
6. How do shipping, returns and refunds fit in?
The Shipping Policy and the Refund & Returns Policy are part of these Terms. Between them they cover cancelling before an order ships, returns requested within 14 days of delivery, and damaged, faulty or wrong items reported within 30 days. Buyers in the EU and UK have extra rights, which the Refund & Returns Policy sets out.
7. Who owns our name, designs and photographs?
Rêvasser and our logo identify our business. We have applied to register the Rêvasser name for retail services with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (application 98/449,520). The application is pending, and a pending application is not a registration.
Our print designs, photographs and copy belong to us or are used with permission, and copyright protects them from the moment they are created.
You may wear and use the pieces you buy. You may share photographs of pieces you own, with credit to @revasser.nyc. You may not reuse our designs, photographs or copy commercially, use them to train machine-learning models, or make or sell copies of our designs, including bootleg copies. We act against counterfeits.
8. What if I send you something?
If you send us a review or photograph, or tag us in a post, you let us show it on the Site and in our own posts, free of charge, with credit where practical. This lasts until you ask us to remove it. Email [email protected], and we will take it off our own pages within 30 days.
You keep ownership of what you send. You are responsible for having the right to share it, including the agreement of anyone who appears in it.
9. How may I use the Site?
Please do not:
- break the law or anyone’s rights through the Site;
- scrape, copy or mirror the Site, or use bots to browse or order;
- place fraudulent orders;
- try to reach what is not yours, including other people’s accounts and our systems;
- abuse or threaten our team.
If you do, we may block your access to the Site and decline your later orders.
10. How do I report a copyright problem?
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to us.
- To: Rêvasser LLC, Attn: Copyright notices
- Email: [email protected], with a copy to [email protected]
- Mail: c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 418 Broadway, Ste N, Albany, NY 12207, USA
A notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) needs:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the material you say infringes it, and where it appears on the Site;
- your name, address, email and phone number;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner of the copyright;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may close the account of a person who repeatedly infringes copyright.
11. Is the Site accessible?
If something on the Site stops you from browsing or buying, email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days and work with you to complete your purchase.
12. What about warranties and liability?
You keep every right the law gives you for goods that are faulty or not as described, in any country. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. The Refund & Returns Policy sets them out for buyers in the EU and UK, and for every other country, Australia included.
The Site is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This applies to the Site, not to the pieces you buy.
Our liability to you for any claim about an order or your use of the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the order or $100. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit. It does not reduce a refund, a remake or a reimbursement that our policies promise.
13. Which law applies, and how are disputes handled?
New York law governs these Terms and your purchases. Where you live, the consumer rights that the law of your country gives you still apply, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] with what happened and what you would like us to do, and give us 30 days to put it right. This is a request, not a condition. It does not stop or delay a bank dispute, a small claims case, a complaint to a regulator or any claim you are entitled to bring in your local courts.
Otherwise, claims that go to court are heard in the state and federal courts in New York County.
14. Can the Terms change?
We may update these Terms and our policies. When we do, the date at the top changes. An order is governed by the Terms and policies in force on the day it was placed.
15. What else do the Terms cover?
- If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- You may not transfer your order to someone else. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over our business, and your rights stay the same.
- We send notices to you at the email address on your order. You can send notices to [email protected]. Send legal notices to [email protected] and to our Albany address in Section 1.
- By placing an order you accept these Terms electronically. Electronic records have the same effect as paper under the federal E-SIGN Act.
- These Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund & Returns Policy, the Privacy Policy and your order confirmation are the whole agreement between us about the Site and your orders. What the product page, the cart and checkout told you about price, size and ships-by date is part of your order.
- Generations Connect is a separate program with its own terms. A purchase from us is not a tax-deductible donation.
16. How do I contact you?
Email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days.
