1. Who we are
Rêvasser LLC, a New York limited liability company, runs revasser.nyc and decides how the personal information described here is used. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

To place an order we need your name, email, delivery address and payment details, and the carrier may need a phone number. Without them we cannot ship. Everything else is optional.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for targeted advertising. Shopify and Google also use some of this information under their own privacy policies. We answer government and legal requests as the law requires.
5. What about cookies and analytics?
Shopify sets the cookies that the cart, checkout and fraud screening need. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but checkout needs the ones Shopify sets.
Two tools count visits. Google Analytics records page and product views and device and browser data, and sets cookies on your browser. Google provides a browser add-on that opts you out of it. Our own collector, on a revasser.nyc subdomain, records events such as page and product views, items added to the cart and the checkout steps you reach, with your cookie setting, and it follows that setting. We use both to see whether the site and checkout work.
We load no advertising or social-media pixels and no other analytics tool. Shopify, Google and the payment providers inside checkout may collect information about your activity over time and, through their own services, across other sites, under their own policies.
The site behaves the same way when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because there is no standard for it. Marketing emails may include a pixel that records when you open them, and turning off images in your mail app stops it.
6. Where is it processed?
We are in the United States. Our providers process information in the United States, Canada and other countries where they operate. If you visit from the EU, the UK or the EEA, your information is transferred outside your country. Where the law requires a safeguard for the transfer, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other mechanisms that our providers offer. Email us for details.

After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. What are your rights?
You can ask us to show what we hold about you, correct it, delete it (except records we must keep, such as order records), send it to you in a portable format, limit its use, or stop a use that rests on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Email [email protected] and say what you want. We confirm it is you through the email address on the order, and we answer within 30 days. There is no charge, and you are treated the same whether or not you use these rights. They are open to everyone, including California residents. If you are in the EU, the UK or the EEA, you may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
9. How do we protect it?
The site uses encryption in transit. Your card number never reaches us. Only the people who need personal information to do their work can open it. If a breach affects you, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent who believes a child has given us information can write to us, and we will delete it.
11. Changes
When we change this page, the date at the top changes. We email customers about a material change.
